📅 Reservations & Payments

• Reservations are confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

• Rates are subject to change without notice but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.

• Payment is processed securely through trusted providers; e-transfers are preferred.

 

🕒 Check‑In & Check‑Out

• Check‑in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (unless otherwise arranged).

• Check‑out: by 11:00 AM.

• Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

 

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival: full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days: deposit may be forfeited.

• No‑shows or early departures: full booking amount may be charged.

 

🛏 Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect the property, hosts, and other visitors.

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the property.

• Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement.

• Quiet time is enforced between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

• Recreational drug use is not permitted on the property.

• Any damage caused or or theft will result in additional charges.

 

🌿 Accessibility & Special Requests

We strive to make our retreat welcoming to all. While not all areas are fully wheelchair accessible, we offer ground‑level access and flexible room arrangements. Please contact us with specific needs so we can assist.

 

📜 Liability

Fruitvale Bed and Breakfast is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well‑being during their stay.
